[Insert witty title RE:London here]

So, -a good way to start.

Me and the gf, thats girlfriend for you n00bz who dont know, visited my sister in London at her Halls of Residence in Wimbledon. It was fun.

Day One; we went to Mc Donalds, London Zoo, Leicester Sq, Wagamama's and bed but not before watching the classic that is Monty Python's Holy Grail. Now in the zoo we saw [animals], paid too much for lunch and saw [more animals]. In Leicester Sq we sat outside Starbucks with hot chocolate watching the nutty locals running around like they're late for life. Then we had dinner at Wagamamas- forgive my ignorance but it was either chinese or japanese and was very nice!

Day Two; we went to Mc Donald's again- bloody love those cheese burgers. Had two this time round! Then we went to South Kensington to the museums. Looked around the Science museum and watched a 3d iMax film about the International Space Station narrated by Tom im-not-a-midget Cruise. Was pretty amazing, if you ever get the chance- watch a film in 3d! We then went to the Hard Rock Cafe for lunch which was again overpriced, but very nice oncemore! After that we had to get back and pack so we could catch our train home.

What did I learn?
  • Theres alot of species in Zoos that are extinct in the wild, especially fish!
  • London is exspensive
  • I can read a whole chapter of my boring programming book on the train
  • 3D films ARE actually really good
  • Starbucks make good hot chocolate and frapachino'z
  • London is big
  • The tube is busy and smelly
  • The locals are ALL in a hurry
Not much I know, but I feel a better person for this! I've grown, you've grown. We've all been on a journey. Well done.

Im going to watch Top Gear now. They're showing Richard Hammonds near-fatal car crash in the jet-powered car, oh joy :D

Good Evening!

Tally ho!

First post, oh yes. Me FTW!

Well this will be interesting. Its a bit more sophistacated than My MySpace, that can only be a good thing. Oh and yea, I'll put a 'proper' photo on my profile when I get around to it.

For now, my lucky audience of 2 (including me!)- you can say you we're there. You witnessed the birth of blog #1337. You know (or in my case ARE) a great man!
You lucky, lucky people.

Laterz,
Ash
